Zanzibar is one of the most famous beach destinations of Africa.
There are some spectacular beaches on the island, with pristine white sands and clean blue ocean water. These beaches are lined with resorts, from the south, all the way up the east coast and to the northern tip of the island.
This morning you will depart Moshi very early and commence the journey to Dar es Salaam (the largest city in Tanzania). Your expected driving time is 9–11-hour bus ride. Arriving in the mid afternoon, you will be taken to the ferry terminal, where you will catch a large ferry across to the island of Zanzibar. This ferry will take approx 2 hours and you will be escorted by a local, English-speaking guide. Upon arrival on Zanzibar, you will be met and transferred to Palumbo Beach Resort.

Chilling at the lodge till time to be transferred at the airport for your flight back home in the evening.

After breakfast you will travel to Tarangire National Park. Tarangire is one of Tanzania’s largest national parks and sanctuary for an unusually large elephant population. Majestic baobab trees are an interesting feature of the park. Animals concentrate along the Tarangire River, which provides the only permanent water supply in the area. There is a great diversity of wildlife including lion, leopard, cheetah and up to six thousand elephants. Enjoy your afternoon game drive. Overnight camping within Tarangire National Park.
This morning you will enjoy more game viewing before commencing your drive back to Moshi. Expected driving time between Moshi and Tarangire is approx 3-4 hours each way. Overnight Kili Eco Hostel in Moshi
