Since the advent of SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes Covid-19, the world has changed considerably. Every country in the world has been affected either directly and/or indirectly. Some of the tools employed have been through testing & vaccines. As of Sept 2021, all tourists who enter Tanzania must receive a rapid antigen test at the port of entry, regardless of a negative test before they leave on their trip. Note: this policy is subject to change at any time.
As far as vaccines, Tanzania received its first shipment in July 2021. We understand that you may have concerns regarding travel to Tanzania. We want to assure you that African Scenic Safaris is taking measures to ensure your safety. As of September 2021, all of our guides have been vaccinated. Our guides carry hand sanitizer as well.
